The truth about Sharon Tate and the other victims of August 9th, 1969.
Dennis Wilson of The Beach Boys picked up two female hitchhikers while driving home after a recording session.
They turned out to be followers of Charles Manson.
Wilson took them to his home and that led to an eventual meeting with Manson because the girls said he wanted to be a singer.
Wilson then introduced Manson to record producer Terry Melcher who at the time was living with his girlfriend, actress Candice Bergen at 10050 Cielo Drive.
Nothing happened with Manson's singing career, but The Beach Boys did record a song that Manson wrote, but he was not credited on the record.
Manson, furious at that and the fact that he was not given a chance as a singer, decided to visit Melcher at his residence.
Candice was freaked out by Charlie.
She convinced Terry to move out of the house because she had bad vibes about Manson.
Enter Sharon Tate who loved the home and moved in.
Manson wanted revenge and had everyone in the house killed.
The photo of Candice Bergen and Sharon Tate together is eerie.
Their roles could have been reversed.
If Dennis Wilson had not picked up those hitchhikers, then none of this would have happened.
